Accessibility
Built for every traveler.
Our community includes adults on the Autism Spectrum and with other learning differences. Accessibility isn’t a checkbox for us — it’s why we exist. This page explains how the website and mobile app are designed for travelers with different abilities, and how to tell us when something isn’t working.

Built-in tools you can turn on
The floating circle in the bottom-right corner of every page opens a small panel with three settings that take effect instantly and remember your choice on the next visit:
- Text size — four steps (default, large, larger, largest) that scale all body text without breaking page layout.
- High contrast — switches to a black-on-white color scheme with underlined links, useful for low-vision users or bright outdoor reading.
- Reduce motion — turns off the slowly rotating brand seal and other decorative animation. Honored automatically if your operating system already requests reduced motion.
Keyboard navigation
Every interactive element is reachable with the keyboard. Press Tab from the top of any page to land first on a “Skip to main content” link that bypasses the navigation. Focus styles use a high-contrast pine-green ring so the currently focused control is always visible.
Screen reader support
Headings are nested in document order, images carry meaningful alternative text, and interactive controls expose their state (pressed, expanded, selected) through standard ARIA attributes. Forms label every input and announce validation errors when they appear.
What we’re working toward
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We test the most-used traveler flows — applying for a trip, signing in, completing the medical form, viewing your trip dashboard — with keyboard only and with screen readers (VoiceOver on iOS and macOS, TalkBack on Android, NVDA on Windows). When we ship a new page, accessibility is reviewed before launch, not after.
We’re not perfect. Pages that are still being rebuilt may have rough edges. Please tell us when you find one.
Report a barrier
If something on the site or in the mobile app blocks you, please email accessibility@frontiertravelclub.com or call 786-202-7571. Tell us what you were trying to do, what device and assistive technology you were using, and where the problem appeared. We aim to respond within two business days.
You can also reach a person directly through the Contact page.
