Icon of the Seas - 2027

Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas — Eastern Caribbean ports, sun, and the most ambitious ship on the water. Shorter and lower-stakes than our extended trips. We will travel to two of our favorite islands: St. Maarten and St. Thomas, plus the cruise line's private Islands, CocoCay. We'll see the sights and enjoy the sunshine during the day, and party in the disco, sing karaoke, and just have the best time while on the ship with endless possibilities.

Japan Culture & Sakura 2027

Tokyo, Kanazawa, the Kaga onsen towns, and Kyoto — fully guided, with every hotel, coach, and most meals handled for us.

9-night private guided tour through Tokyo, Kanazawa, Yamashiro Onsen, and Kyoto during cherry blossom season. For this trip to Japan we wanted it to be a more of a cultural experience where travelers can learn about local culture and have local experiences, not just see city life. That is why we've scheduled activities like Sushi making class, a gold leaf workshop, pottery making class, a breathing session at a buddhist temple in northern Japan, and we'll even learn how to do a traditional tea ceremony. Our focus for destinations includes most of the big must-see sights in Tokyo like Meiji Shrine, Shibuya Crossing, Ueno Park for cherry blossom viewing, Sensoji Temple in Tokyo, but we'll also get in touch with our inner buddha by visiting the temples to learn what rituals make buddhism and these temples so special. For this trip we're also going to some unchartered territory for Frontier on the main island of Honshu: Kanazawa. We'll ride the bullet train there and stay in a traditional Onsen. From here we'll visit Kenrokuen Garden, a kintsugi workshop (pottery), Nagamachi Samurai District, Higashi Chaya District, Kakusenkei Gorge, and so much more. We'll be here for 3 nights so we'll be sure to also enjoy all that this well know Onsen has to offer (i.e. great food, natural springs, and other activities). Finally, for our last three nights we'll stay in Kyoto. We'll see Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, Gion, Golden Pavilion, and the Arashiyama bamboo grove, We're also going to learn about indigo dyeing of fabric which is used for traditional clothing. And, we'll also get to see Osaka Castle and Dotonbori in Osaka as a day trip. The best of what Japan has to offer in ten days. A trip of a lifetime even if you've already been to Japan.

Northern Spain 2027

Experience the heart of the Iberian Peninsula with a historical tour of northern Spain. We'll visit Madrid for it's wealth of history, great museums, and fantastic food. Then it's on to Bilbao for some Basque culture. From Bilbao, we'll visit San Sebastian, Pamplona, and many cities to the north before heading to Barcelona for your flight home (unless you're staying for the rest of the summer).

Southern Spain & Mediterranean Cruise 2027

Two weeks across Spain and the Western Mediterranean.
