Behavioral & social profile.

These questions help us pair travelers safely with roommates and give staff the context they need to support the traveler well. We don’t share any of it with other travelers.

The more honest, the better the trip. Frontier’s job is to make travel work — not to judge.

Family & guardian.

Required for emergency contact. If a parent or guardian helps with medical paperwork or payment, they get app access too.

When checked, your emergency contact receives an invite to the Frontier app. They’ll be able to see your trip details, medical paperwork status, and your live check-ins on trip — but not change anything without your approval.

Review & submit.

No payment now. We’ll review and reach out within three business days. If accepted, you’ll be invited to pay the deposit and start medical paperwork.

2.He emails you within 3 business days. Sometimes sooner.
3.You and Scott schedule a Zoom — pick a time on his calendar.
4.If accepted: you'll receive an emailed invite to create your account on the Frontier app + website.
5.Pay the $2,500 deposit through the app to lock your spot.
6.Remaining payments follow your trip's payment schedule — the dates are on the trip page and in your acceptance email. Complete your medical form before departure.
